Singing the faith, sharing the joy

Music has always held a special place in the life of the Church, lifting hearts to God and helping us pray with joy and reverence. At St Paul’s, our choir serves this mission by supporting the worship of the parish and enriching the celebration of the Mass through sacred song. Their voices help lead the congregation in praise, deepen our reflection during the liturgy, and remind us of the beauty of our faith.

Inspired by the words of St Augustine “He who sings prays twice” St Paul’s Choir offers their time, talent, and devotion to God and to the parish community. Whether singing traditional hymns, ancient chants, or contemporary sacred music, their purpose is always the same, to glorify God and to draw every soul closer to Him through music.

We warmly welcome new members of all ages and abilities who feel called to serve the parish through song. If you have a love of music and a desire to contribute to the music of our parish, you are warmly invited to join us. Choir rehearsals are every Thursday evening, please do come along.
